If I could get to see the doctor if my choice and the same doctor each time I would have scored higher. Seeing multiple doctors for the same illness is not always satisfactory.

The process went smoothly and as the advanced nurse practitioner saw me and I needed to be seen by the GP that was set up immediately ( not a week or two weeks later) it’s important for the patient that this happens, as a long time patient I was so happy with both interactions, thank you for that.
Staff generally offer professional, kind service despite the constraints put on them.

Linda Lomax has looked after my wound with great expertise and care. She has also consulted.colleagues with special expertise on my behalf. As a result I feel I have returned to my normal life quickly after what has been a challenging experience.
