Should you need to speak to a doctor or if your illness prevents you from attending the surgery please telephone the surgery on 0844-815-1055.  The receptionist will ask for broad details of the problem and which doctor you wish to see or speak to.  If you feel a home visit may be necessary, please try to contact the surgery between 9am and 10am to enable us to prioritise visits accordingly.  If there is any doubt regarding the emergency, the problem will be referred to the appropriate Doctor immediately.

In the case of an emergency please telephone the surgery on 0844-815-1055 where the receptionist will ask for details regarding the problem which will then be referred to the Doctor immediately.

When the Surgery is closed – Emergency Cover

After 6pm weekdays and at weekends telephone 0844-815-1055.  A recorded message will advise you on how to contact the Duty Doctor.  This may involve telephoning a mobile telephone.  The Doctor will be covering for emergencies which cannot wait until the surgery opens and may be your own Doctor or a deputy.  Calls to the deputizing service may be recorded.  Patients can also call NHS Direct.  It is a 24 hour advice and health information service, staffed by Nurses and professional advisors providing confidential information.  Contact number 0845 4647.
